We consider all information you provide to us or volunteer to us to be privileged and confidential. We do not share that information with anyone except as allowed by the law, including:
1. Information necessary for the placement, underwriting and servicing of your insurance account;
2. Processing of premium payments;
3. Claim information;
4. Administering benefits under your policy;
5. Disclosed to regulators as required by law;
6. Marketing other insurance products to you by our agency.

We collect information from other sources in order to properly underwrite and price your insurance account. These sources might include property appraiser websites, motor vehicle reports, credit rating reports and other sources of a similar nature. We do not disclose or share this information with anyone except as allowed by the law, including:
